The Galaxy is a luxurious and ultra-modern villa, with a unique all-glass bedroom, that creates a cozy, dreamy and romantic space for its guests. Guests can stargaze and enjoy beautiful sky views at night in the comfort of the bedroom, and  enjoy the changing colors of the skies during the day. The villa also has stunning views of the Rift Valley, an infinity plunge pool and private pool deck for maximum privacy and relaxation.

Key details:

Guests: This villa is most ideal for a couple or 2 people. The villa is not suitable for children.

Getting there: The villa is located 1-2 hours from Nairobi depending on which side of Nairobi guests are coming from.

Food: You can either choose a self-catering package (to cook for yourself), or get food at half board or full board from us.

Activities:
In the house you can relax and enjoy the views of the Rift Valley while taking a dip in the pool, relax on the private pool deck, read, watch Netlix or stream your shows, play board games, however best you choose to relax!

More active activities include:

• Walking or hiking around the compound - bring your sneakers or hiking boots
• Walking or hiking around the neighborhood - explore the neighborhood’s trails and nature gems
• Biking – there are some amazing paths you can enjoy – bring your bike.

Day trip options include

• Hiking on Ngong Hills
  
• Visit the Maasai Ostrich Farm
• Visit one of the popular nyama choma restaurants Kiserian is known for - Ole Polos, Olooltepes, Lesiolo, etc.
• Visit Lake Magadi and if you are feeling fancy, enjoy a helicopter ride around the lake
• Visit a Maasai family and enjoy a Masai Experience and BBQ – you can book this activity on Airbnb Experience

Other things to know:

• This villa is not suitable for children given the glass walls and steep drops.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The last stretch of road to Champagne Ridge and the villa is 15km off-tarmac road from Kona Baridi. The road is generally fine and usable most times, but we recommend you come with a high car if you can, and during the rainy season, to use an all-wheel drive car.
• Champagne Ridge and the villa are surrounded by nature and moderate wildlife, which you might encounter here, or on your way. You might encounter cows, goats, sheep, donkeys, deer, monkeys, zebra, insects, etc. While you will be shielded from most of these at the villa, if this bothers you, Champagne Ridge may not be the place for you.
